Student Application Fee Schedule
The educational program at RoyalCrest Academy is designed to meet the learning needs of students who are looking for a more challenging curriculum. Students are admitted without regard to race, colour, creed, sex, and national or ethnic origin.
1. Students are expected to comply with the school's rules and procedures, and to meet the school's academic and behavioural standards, as a condition of continuation and re-enrolment. (Please refer to School dress code, Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures in Parent/student handbook).
2. After February 1, new students are admitted at all grade levels on a space available basis . Past students re-enrolling for another year will have first priority for placement from January 1 st to January 31 st . Preference is given in admissions decisions to the siblings of current students.
3. In the event of a waiting pool situation, admissions decisions are made based on the date of the new enrolment application.
4. Parents wishing to enrol their child at the Academy, are asked to complete the admissions application form and submit it with a non-refundable administration fee of $250.00 and a non-refundable security deposit of 10% of the total year's tuition. Please date both payments the same day as the application date.
5. Please follow the check list that accompanies your child's application:i) A copy of your child's most recent report card (if applicable).
ii) Children transferring from another institution will require transcripts to be forwarded to the Academy.
iii) A most recent photograph of your child.
iv) A copy of your child's birth certificate and heath card.
v) (Optional) A small biography of your child.6. For students entering Junior Kindergarten thru to Grade 8, please submit a recent sample of writing and last work books used at previous school.
7. Academic assessments are conducted (at no additional cost) upon a student's enrollment. This assessment is not an entry assessment, however its results will assist our teachers when individualizing their program planning for each student.
